Festival Di San Marino 4 was the fourth edition of the Sanmarinese national selection that determinated San Marino's entry for the Eurovision Song Contest Tengaged 21. The final was held in the Teatro Nuovo di San Marino once again, where four Italian strong artists competed into 2 semifinals and a grand final.
This edition, there were two semifinals, one called Il Ritorno (The Return) where former participants will compete again, and another one called La Novità (The New) where new participants will compete for the first time. Each semifinal had two participants and the winner of each semifinal qualified to the Grand Final.
The winning song was "Lei Balla" by Ada Reina who also participated in the 2nd edition of the festival. In Eurovision Song Contest 21, it got the 11th place in the semifinal with 60 points just 4 points less to the last qualifier country.
